Making Fitness Fun

At Workhouse Fitness we understand that finding time to exercise can be difficult, which is why we put on a wide variety of group fitness classes in Farsley 6 days a week. Hosted in one of our three dedicated private studios, our classes are led by an experienced team who are all committed to helping you exercise in a challenging but fun environment.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been a member at Workhouse Fitness for years, we have classes suited to all, including body pump, spin, pilates, box-fit and kettlebells.

All of the classes listed below are included as part of our memberships, and non-members are also welcome to join for only £9.95 per class—simply turn up and pay-as-you-go at our Reception desk.

Monday

6.30am HIIT Circuit

9.30am Spin - High tempo group cycling

10.00am Body Pump - Low impact weight based all over tone

Tuesday

9.15am Step Class - Bringing back the old favourite

9.50am ShapeUP - Combining elements of Pilates, Barre and HIIT set to mode beats with small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups

5.30pm Step Class - Bringing back the old favourite

6.00pm TRX Circuit - A total body workout. This circuit-style class will push you to your max and build core strength you never knew you had

6.30pm AbsBlast - Express abdominal workout

7.15pm Pilates Movement - Includes Pilates moves, builds strength, improves mobility & flexibility

6.30am HIIT Circuit

10.00am AbsBlast - Express abdominal workout

    On final page you have the choice to create an account, create one to save time on filling out details again

    You will receive an email confirming time and date, from here you can reschedule or cancel selected class
